c) Non-Delivery of Service

If KivoIndia is unable to deliver the agreed service and no substantial work has been completed, a partial or full refund may be considered after review.

KivoIndia does not guarantee specific rankings, leads, sales, conversions, traffic volumes, or ROI from marketing campaigns. Digital marketing results depend on various external factors beyond our control. Therefore, refunds will not be issued solely because expected results were not achieved.
